This midsize country style house plan features a large wrap-around covered porch and open floor plan layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths all on one level. The 9' ceilings throughout, front-to-back cathedral great room and large open kitchen with island provide spacious, comfortable living. The screened porch is conveniently accessible from the covered porch and dining room as well as through French doors from the master suite. The spacious master bedroom features a luxury bath and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has its own private bath for company or a second master bedroom. The 3rd bedroom/study and 3rd bath are great for extra quests or kids. This midsize country style home plan has a laundry room, oversized 2-car garage and a large bonus room above the garage.
