This small country cottage house plan offers a spacious open, split bedroom floor plan, tall transom windows and a cathedral ceiling. A large wrap-around porch with skylights keeps this small home bright and cheerful while offering convenient outdoor access for enjoyment and entertaining. The open kitchen features a lunch counter, lots of cabinet space with dish washer. A side-by-side washer/dryer is nearby. The dual master suite/split bedroom arrangement adds convenient privacy. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, small country home plan is very suitable for a guest cottage, beach vacation house, small starter home or down-sizing retirement home. Plans come with either full basement or crawl/slab foundation. Also, now available with attached 2-car garage.
