CHP-SG-947 Small House Plan Description and Details

This small country style cottage house plan boasts a spacious open and bright floor plan, tall transom windows and a cathedral ceiling. A large wrap-around porch with skylights keeps this small home bright and cheerful while offering convenient outdoor access for enjoyment and entertaining. The open kitchen features a lunch counter, lots of cabinet space and a stacked washer/dryer nearby. The split bedroom arrangement adds an element of privacy when the study doubles as a 2nd bedroom. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, small country home plan is very suitable for a guest cottage or beach vacation house.
