CHP-SG-980 Small House Plan Description and Details

Vaulted ceiling great room, tall transom windows and open floor plan define this charming compact, small contemporary cottage house plan. A large wrap-around porch with skylights enhances this small homes' livability while maintaining a bright and airy feel through-out. The kitchen features a lunch counter, lots of cabinet storage space and open access to the dining area with French doors leading to the covered porch for outdoor entertaining and barbequing. All plans include a dishwasher option in the kitchen layout. The master bedroom also boasts French doors to its own section of covered porch. The two private bedrooms and two baths plus laundry make this small but spacious cottage house plan ideal for downsizing retirees, singles or young couples seeking a starter home. Plans are now available with basement accessed from a breezeway with an optional attached 2-car garage and crawl space or slab with breezeway and optional attached 2-car garage.
