Due to copyright laws and the potential for making illegal copies of the house plans, we do not allow refunds. Please be very careful in your selection. If for some reason you are unhappy with your Repro Plan/PDF File choice, email us with a brief explanation and we will gladly provide you with a 30% discount coupon voucher toward the purchase of a replacement PDF File (without having to return the originally purchased plan). This offer applies only to the purchase of non-modified Repro Plan Sets/PDF Files. The replacement will be emailed as a PDF File only. Notification must be made via email by the original purchaser within 3 days of receiving the Repro Plan Set/PDF File.

Yes. When you place an online house plan order, all information is sent encrypted from the secure server and the secure automated payment processing center where your credit card is validated. We only receive your order information for fulfillment and your address is not given out for any reason. We use PayPal secure online payment services (membership is not required).

Yes, although it is secure, cheaper and much faster to order online, we will process phone orders for US deliveries only. Since we are a small business and may not always be able to answer the phone we ask that you please leave a message when prompted. We will call you back as soon as possible (usually within a few hours). You can reach us at 828-817-9717 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays), Eastern Standard Time. However, when you order online versus over the phone, you save us time and, therefore, we provide a 5% discount on all orders placed online. There is no minimum, shipping is free and the discount may be applied to any option. Enter coupon code number chp5idc at bottom left on the checkout page.

We ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail for Repro Sets (3-5 days) to a United States address only, please include a standard US MAILING ADDRESS when ordering. If your credit card billing address differs from the shipping address, please include your billing address in the section under "other" on the checkout pages. We require that someone sign for the package upon receipt. If no one is available to accept delivery, the postal carrier will leave a notice for you to sign and retrieve your package at your local Post Office. You will need to pick up your package within the time specified by the Postal Service. Unclaimed packages returned to us by your Post Office will not be credited and will only be re-mailed to you upon receipt of an additional special handling and shipping fee of $50. We offer FREE SHIPPING for US addresses only. PDF Files are emailed within 2-3 business hours if order in the morning, EST, (excluding weekends and holidays) otherwise, the following morning if ordered in the afternoon.

For Canadian orders, plans are only available as PDF Files sent via email and orders must be placed online. If you mistakenly order a Repro Plan Set, you will receive, instead, a PDF File via email. Any questions you may have regarding Canadian orders should be sent via emailed.

Our packages require a signature upon receipt verifying that you (or someone in your household or business that you designate) have received the plans. If the package is visibly damaged, do not sign for it and do not accept delivery. Contact us as soon as possible via the "sales" email address provided in the confirmation statement and confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase and we will immediately replace your order.
